Trying normal make

Hey, welcome back,

Today's a bit of a weird one as it's not really gal-focused lol.

So what is today about?

So today's post is a bit short but recently I had my first feeling of not really having the energy to do gal, but I was going out to a weekly event I go to and like all my confidence really does come from my make there idk how to describe it, so I had a bit of a dilemma on my hands of what to do. So I said I'd do mininimal make, now minimal isn't very minimal in my house (mostly just means I don't wanna do full contoured and conceler/foundation) so I accepted fast that I probably wasn't gonna do gal, and honestly taking a step back and doing "normal" make is honestly probably a really good exercise anyway, focusing more on fundamentals instead of just key gal aspects like droop shape, plus it's OK to have an off day if you will.

Now I was genuinly shocked when I did this make and saw how much I have genuinly improved in my make skills through doing gal, I was shocked to say the least and honestly I was also wielded out a bit seeing my face with none gal make again (I did kinda like it tho I have to admit), I think this little divergence honestly gave me such a confidence boost and reassurance in my skill improvent and honestly just gave me some ideas I could implement into gal and helped me get a more fundamental scope of my eye shape again... and reminded me I don't need a full face of conceler for it to look decent. I honestly can't wait for the summer when my freckles come out more to try something like this again, coz I lowkey wanna show them off a bit.

This also let me try some lashes I got in a multi-style multi-pack that I've not touched coz I thought they'd be too full and wispy for gal, but honestly I think I might have been wrong and I think they might just work lol. Anyway, I won't keep y'all forever, so here's the collage lol.
